Here is Poppy, Hayden, Grandma, and HaileyOn Thursday afternoon, Roger and Shirley arrived from Texas to celebrate Christmas with us. The kids were excited to see them, and of course to open MORE PRESENTS!!!! They each got one of their webkinz they asked for, a National Geographic kids animal DVD set, games for their Game Boy and Leapster, and a High School Musical II DVD!!!! Thanks Poppy and Grandma!!!! After opening gifts we had dinner and visited. The kids had trouble going to sleep....too much excitement with grandparents having a sleepover!!!!! They finally dozed off. On Friday, Poppy and Grandma watched the kids for awhile while I went to work...Thanks so much! That evening, Grandma cooked us Jambalaya and we rented movies to watch. But first, we had to try out the new American Idol karaoke game that Aunt Kim gave Hailey for Christmas. It was very funny and I think we all enjoyed it. You sing with one of the Idols and then everyone gets a turn (as Simon, Paula, and Randy) to rate your performance. It was pretty funny. We even got Poppy in on it....YEAH POPPY! That headed back home Saturday morning. We enjoyed your visit guys and glad you were able to come.
