Trick or Treat

This is their favorite scary house. It is really cool. It is a big two story house and they put a wrought iron gate and fence up that says Cemetary. Then they have all this "stuff" in the yard like coffins, monsters, mummies, tombstones, etc. The tricky thing is you have to go through the gate and run up the sidewalk to the front porch to get your candy. But, some of the monsters, mummies, etc are real and will jump out at you! What fun! Last year Hailey and Hannah didn't make it through but this year, after some deciding on who would go first, they all made it!

Both Hailey & Hayden took their masks off right away because they got too hot! It was pretty warm for Halloween!

This is one of the "fun" houses they love to go to. Their is a witch with her brew and the kids get to pick things like plastic rats, etc to throw in the pot. When she stirs it the smoke comes up out of the pot.

This is the same house and her garage is all "decked" out. They had a headless man, and a nurse ready to perform surgery with candy blood packets and a long needle that none of the kids signed up for! Their was a mirror to look at your costume in and the face coming out of the black wall would talk about how you looked and stuff. Over on the side of the house was a little grave yard, too.

Scott, Kristen, and their kids along with Mimi, PopPop and Our Crew had a great time trick or treating again this year. We ordered pizza as usual, got everyone dressed, and then headed out. It is always fun for the kids to go together and our neighborhood has PLENTY of houses as well as two great houses that go ALL OUT!!! They got way too much candy, that will never get eaten. They all got tired pretty quick too which the adults didn't mind stopping early.
